The fund GENDALOS/MIRROR was founded by organisation IQ Roma service in 2011, as ist own charity and scholarship programme of individual support for chosen clients.

The main field of support is the personal development and educational success of young Roma generations.

The supported are chosen individually. The assortment is based on the request and after the evaulation by key workers of IQ Roma service, which have a longterm cooperation with their clients.

How the Gendalos/Mirror helps young people?

Within the framework of finantial support of GENDALOS/MIRROR may a IQ Roma young Roma client in age of 10-26 years obtain resources for these specific areas:

• school equipment
• fees related to the study and tuition fees at secondary school/university
• educational activities, developing children skills, students exchange stay and internship
• leisure time activities

The basic requirement of the support is active child´s cooperation with organisation. It should be a the client, which visits educational, consulting and free time activities of IQ Roma service and shows his/her  interest and responsible approach. With the client is created an individual plan, which is continuously updated.

The fund GENDALOS/MIRROR appeals to individual and company donators, which would like to take part of active support of better future, especially for young Roma generations. Continuously divided resources of the fund are created from donations of individual and company donors, together with free resources of IQ Roma service.
