The Social Programme of IQ Roma Servis offers the clients a well-tried combination of field social work, social and legal counselling and legal aid. Centre of Community and Social Field Work Brno (CCSFW Brno) implements community and field social work services in the City of Brno, the largest town of the South Moravian Region (since 2001), and Centre of Community and Social Field Work South Moravian Region (CCSFW SMR) provides its services in smaller towns and municipalities of the South Moravian Region (since 2006).

The approach to the client under the Social Programme of IQ Roma Service is given primarily by the characteristics of the Roma ethnic group, social situation the Roma communities live in and psychological factors resulting from the position of Roma in Czech society. In general, the first step to improve the life conditions of socially excluded communities is to increase their awareness – by means of personal interviews, simple leaflets distributed throughout the community, negotiation and co-operation with other entities and institutions.
